Assessment and generator inputs

The tools do not collect or retain your answers, incident details, risk entries or policy inputs. They process what you enter locally in page memory. There is no submission database, account registration or contact-information collection within the tools. Input values are not placed in URLs or sent to an AI service.

Cookies, tracking and browser storage

The website application does not set cookies and does not use advertising, analytics trackers, tracking pixels, local storage, session storage or a service worker to save your inputs. Fonts and application assets are served with the site; no external font service is loaded. Hosting security features may process technical data as described below.

Downloads, copying and printing

Downloads are created locally when you request them. Copying writes to your clipboard only when you choose Copy text. Printed reports, saved PDFs and downloaded files remain under your control and are not sent back to this website. Browser, operating-system, print-service and backup settings may retain copies independently of the website.

Hosting and technical requests

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Loading any page involves technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser/network headers. Cloudflare may process logs and use security mechanisms to deliver the site and prevent abuse. This is separate from collecting tool inputs. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices. It would not be accurate to claim that visiting the site involves no technical data processing at all.

If you email me

If you voluntarily email [email protected], your email address and the message you send are processed through email services to handle your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, credentials or unnecessary personal information. Email correspondence is separate from the browser-only tools.

Links to other websites open services with their own privacy practices. Those sites do not receive your tool inputs from this application.

Questions and requests

Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests relating to correspondence you have sent. There are no server-held tool submissions to retrieve or delete. This notice will be updated if the site’s data practices change.
